Ingredients
- 10 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt, to taste
- Extra parmesan, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Lightly warm cottage cheese, butter, and garlic (microwave or pan) until softened.
- Blend cottage cheese, butter, garlic, parmesan, milk, and black pepper until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Let pasta cool slightly after draining.
- Pour sauce over pasta and mix until fully coated.
- Serve warm and garnish with parmesan and parsley.
