Instructions

- Add the orange juice, cream or milk, vanilla extract, and simple syrup, if using.
- Secure the shaker and shake well for about 15–20 seconds, until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
- Strain the mixture into a serving glass filled with fresh ice.

- Top with coconut milk or orange soda for a lighter taste, as desired.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon or stirrer to combine.

Notes
- Creamy version: Use heavy cream for a rich, classic creamsicle flavor.
- Dairy-free option: Use coconut cream or almond milk instead of heavy cream.
- Adjust sweetness: Add simple syrup to taste, especially if using fresh orange juice.
- Lighter option: Swap the soda for sparkling water for a less sweet, refreshing drink.
- Chill the glass: Refrigerate the serving glass before preparing the mocktail to help keep it cold longer.
- Serve immediately: Add the fizzy soda just before serving to preserve the bubbles.
