Ingredients
- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 cup diced halal ham (or turkey ham)
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cook tortellini until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop all vegetables into small, even pieces.
- Whisk teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
- Combine tortellini, ham, pineapple, peppers, and onion.
- Add dressing and gently mix until coated.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
