Description

Hawaiian Tortellini Salad combines tender cheese tortellini with sweet pineapple, savory ham, and a tropical teriyaki dressing for a unique, flavorful pasta salad perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup diced halal ham (or turkey ham)
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop all vegetables into small, even pieces.
  3. Whisk teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
  4. Combine tortellini, ham, pineapple, peppers, and onion.
  5. Add dressing and gently mix until coated.
  6. Chill before serving for best flavor.
