Description

This Hawaiian Tortellini Salad combines cheesy tortellini with sweet pineapple, savory ham, and a tangy tropical dressing for a refreshing, flavor-packed pasta salad perfect for parties or summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Transfer pasta to a large bowl and lightly toss to prevent sticking.
  3. Prepare and chop ham, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Add ham, pineapple, peppers, and onion to the tortellini.
  6. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
  7. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
