Ingredients
- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Transfer pasta to a large bowl and lightly toss to prevent sticking.
- Prepare and chop ham, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add ham, pineapple, peppers, and onion to the tortellini.
- Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
