Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix half the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill. Toss asparagus with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a skillet, heat garlic with heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble bowl with asparagus and shrimp, then drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
