Description

These Greek Chicken Wraps are fresh, flavorful, and packed with garlic-marinated chicken, crisp vegetables, hummus, and a creamy dill yogurt sauce wrapped in soft flatbread. A perfect healthy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1.8 lbs)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • ¼ red onion
  • 6 pieces flatbread
  • 10 oz hummus


Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  3. Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  4. Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, and slice red onion.
  5. Spread hummus on flatbread, add chicken and vegetables.
  6. Drizzle with dill yogurt sauce, roll tightly, and serve.
