Description
These Greek Chicken Wraps are fresh, flavorful, and packed with garlic-marinated chicken, crisp vegetables, hummus, and a creamy dill yogurt sauce wrapped in soft flatbread. A perfect healthy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1.8 lbs)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ red onion
- 6 pieces flatbread
- 10 oz hummus
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
- Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
- Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, and slice red onion.
- Spread hummus on flatbread, add chicken and vegetables.
- Drizzle with dill yogurt sauce, roll tightly, and serve.
