Description

These Granola Breakfast Cookies are soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened with honey. Packed with oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, and chocolate chips, they’re a wholesome grab-and-go breakfast or snack that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into 12 balls and gently flatten each into a cookie shape.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing or serving.
