Description

These Easy Meatballs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor using just a handful of simple ingredients. Perfect as an appetizer, served with pasta, or simmered in your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add ground beef and panko bread crumbs; mix thoroughly until combined.
  4. Shape mixture into about 40 golf ball-sized meatballs (approximately 1½ inches each).
  5. Arrange meatballs on ungreased rimmed baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  7. Cook until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Serve immediately or simmer in your favorite sauce for extra moisture and flavor.

  • Freeze cooked meatballs for up to 3 months.
