Description

Dill Pickle Pinwheels are a quick, creamy, and tangy appetizer made with cream cheese, dill pickles, and seasonings rolled in soft tortillas. Perfect for parties and make-ahead snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp scallions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, scallions, dill, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread 1/4 of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
