Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 2 tbsp scallions (chopped)
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped pickles, scallions, dill, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1/4 of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
