Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form mixture into small stick shapes (about 3–4 inches long).
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
