Description

These Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with cheesy flavor and protein. A quick and easy snack or appetizer ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Form mixture into small stick shapes (about 3–4 inches long).
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
