Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Whisk garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream, then pour over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
