Description

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup halal imitation crab or cooked crab (diced)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (halal-certified)

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and salt lightly to draw out moisture. Let sit 15–20 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine cucumbers, crab, and avocado.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
  4. Adjust creaminess and seasoning to taste.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
