Description

These Burger Bowls are the BEST thanks to perfectly seasoned, caramelized beef, crispy potato wedges, and the most irresistible burger sauce. Every component is thoughtfully crafted for maximum flavor and texture, creating a fresh, satisfying meal you’ll find yourself craving on repeat!

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • 16 oz. lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • For the Salad
  • 1 large head Romaine lettuce, chopped (6-8 cups)
  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3/4 cup pickle chips
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips cooked and crumbled bacon
  • For the Bowls
  • 1 recipe potato wedges or store-bought fries
  • 1 recipe Burger Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potato wedges according to your favorite recipe, or bake store-bought fries according to package instructions.
  2. Make the burger sauce while the wedges or fries bake. Prep any salad toppings and set aside.
  3. Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot and lightly smoking, add the ground beef and let it sear for 1-2 minutes on each side without stirring until nicely browned.
  4. Break up the beef and add the salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, ground mustard, and dried oregano. Cook and crumble until fully cooked through and deeply browned.
  5. Drain excess grease, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Divide the chopped romaine among four bowls. Top with the cooked beef, potato wedges or fries, cherry tomatoes, pickle chips, red onion, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  7. Drizzle burger sauce over each bowl just before serving. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use more or less salad toppings to taste.
  • Store-bought fries work well if you want to save time.
  • Do not skip the burger sauce—it brings the whole bowl together.
