Description

Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, cooked until crispy
  • Salsa, for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs until just set. Cook the sausage or bacon if not already prepared.
  2. Cook the frozen hash browns until crispy and golden.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Divide the scrambled eggs, hash browns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito, folding in the sides as you roll.
  6. Wrap each burrito in foil for refrigeration or freezing.
  7. To serve, microwave refrigerated burritos for about 1 minute or frozen burritos for 1–2 minutes until heated through. Serve with salsa if desired.
