Ingredients

  • 2–5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¾ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • â…“ cup chicken broth
  • 2 ½ teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, chicken broth, ginger, and garlic until combined.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of the marinade and refrigerate it for later use.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the remaining marinade and coat well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
