Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjustable)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop parsley and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Add minced garlic and red onion; mix gently.
- Sprinkle in smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour in olive oil and red wine vinegar; mix until well-coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Allow to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
