Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjustable)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Finely chop parsley and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic and red onion; mix gently.
  3. Sprinkle in smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour in olive oil and red wine vinegar; mix until well-coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Allow to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
