Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and mix until cookie dough forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop 1 1/2 inch cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet, leaving room to spread.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes.
