Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and mix until cookie dough forms.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop 1 1/2 inch cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet, leaving room to spread.
  9. Bake for 11-12 minutes.
