Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth for filling.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Spoon strawberry jam onto center of each round. Pipe cream cheese mixture over jam, covering it.
- Fold dough over filling into a half-moon and pinch edges to seal.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry donuts 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towels. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
