- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 lb chicken wings
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (halal)
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- For the Marinated Eggs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinated Eggs: Boil the eggs for 7 minutes, then place in ice water. Peel and place in a bowl with soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the Sticky Wings: Season wings with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch. Heat oil in a pan and fry wings until crispy. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger powder. Toss wings in sauce and cook until sticky and glazed.
- Make the Spicy Ramen: Bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add shredded cabbage and corn. Cook noodles separately, then add them to the broth. Stir in green onions.
- Assemble: Divide ramen into bowls. Add sticky wings on top and slice the marinated eggs in half and place over ramen.
