- 1/2 lb sirloin steak
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter

- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter

- For the Alfredo Pasta
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional Toppings
- Extra Parmesan
- Crushed red pepper
- Sliced green onions
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Steak: Season the sirloin with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp butter. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let rest, then slice.
- Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a clean pan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, black pepper, paprika, and salt to taste.
- Combine: Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Stir in chopped parsley.
- Assemble: Plate the Alfredo pasta, then top with sliced Cajun steak and buttery shrimp.
- Add optional toppings like extra Parmesan, crushed red pepper, or green onions. Serve warm.

- Swap fettuccine for linguine or penne if preferred.
