Description
These slow cooker honey garlic meatballs are a perfect main dish or appetizer. They are easy to make and have a delicious sweet and savory sauce. This recipe is ideal for busy weeknights or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.
- Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
- Stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce.
- Cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until heated through and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or over rice or noodles.
- You can substitute garlic powder for fresh garlic if needed.
