Description

This Slow Cooker Creamed Corn is rich, buttery, and unbelievably creamy — the easiest hands-off side dish for holidays, potlucks, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 (15.25-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into thin slices

Instructions

  1. Add the drained corn to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in the milk, sugar, and black pepper.
  3. Top with the cubed cream cheese and sliced butter.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir well before serving until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, replace whole milk with heavy cream.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
