Description

Ruth’s Chris Creamed Corn Au Gratin is a rich and comforting side dish made with sweet fresh corn folded into a silky cream sauce, finished with a golden, cheesy breadcrumb topping. Creamy, savory, and irresistibly indulgent.

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (from about 6 ears)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  4. Stir in corn, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
