Description
Pizza Roll Ups are an easy and delicious kids’ lunch idea that’s perfect for a crowd. Soft flour tortillas are stuffed with cheesy pepperoni and topped with a savory garlic herb mix, baked until gooey and golden.
Ingredients
- 20 small flour tortillas (5-inch)
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 24 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 80 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Garlic Herb Topping:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large baking pan with cooking oil.
- On each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, and top with 4–5 slices of pepperoni.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on the baking pan.
- Brush the tops with cooking oil.
- Combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the roll-ups.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese melts and tortillas are golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
