- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/1/4 cup pepperoni slices (halal, optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- For Garnish
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Fries: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Add the Pizza Toppings: Once the fries are crisp, transfer them to an oven-safe dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the fries, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and Italian seasoning.
