Description

This Peanut Sauce combines creamy peanut butter with soy sauce, lime, sweetness, and a hint of spiciness. Inspired by Southeast Asian flavors, it’s perfect for bowls, salads, skewers, and noodles. No cooking required.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 34 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha sauce or hot sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust lime juice or sugar as desired.
  3. Optional: Mix by hand in a bowl using a whisk if preferred; texture will be less smooth.
  4. Use immediately or store as described below.

Notes
