Description

A delicious recipe for crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts that are roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts, remove yellow leaves, and cut in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and roast an additional 3–5 minutes.
  7. Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
