- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles
- 12 oz egg noodles or fettuccine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water, as needed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish
- Fresh parsley
- Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente. Reserve pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Add butter and garlic, toss to coat, then remove steak.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Thin sauce with pasta water if needed.
- Add noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and gently combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
- Use ribeye for extra richness or sirloin for a leaner option.
- Pasta water helps loosen the sauce without thinning flavor.
- Serve immediately for best texture and creaminess.
