Description

Juicy one-pan steak bites paired with rich, cheesy garlic butter noodles. A bold, comforting dinner packed with flavor and ready fast.

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles

  • 12 oz egg noodles or fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water, as needed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente. Reserve pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Add butter and garlic, toss to coat, then remove steak.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Thin sauce with pasta water if needed.
  7. Add noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Return steak bites to the skillet and gently combine.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

  • Use ribeye for extra richness or sirloin for a leaner option.
  • Pasta water helps loosen the sauce without thinning flavor.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and creaminess.
