Description

This Lemon Pasta Sauce is super easy, vegan, gluten-free, and ready in under 10 minutes. Perfect for quick, flavorful pasta meals with a creamy, tangy sauce.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • Vegan Parmesan Cheese (prepared)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a pan or pot with vegan butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in prepared vegan Parmesan cheese as desired.
  3. Add cashew milk and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over pasta and enjoy.
