Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the skillet, cover, and cook until melted.
  8. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes if using.
  9. Serve hot directly from the skillet.
