Description

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Handful of ice
- Shredded coconut for rim
- Pineapple wedge (optional garnish)
- Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Dip the rim of your glass in a little cream of coconut, then press into shredded coconut to coat.
- Add vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry if desired.
