Description

A frosty, tropical-inspired Jack Frost Cocktail with a vibrant blue color, creamy coconut texture, and refreshing pineapple flavor — perfect for winter parties or holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Handful of ice
  • Shredded coconut for rim
  • Pineapple wedge (optional garnish)
  • Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of your glass in a little cream of coconut, then press into shredded coconut to coat.
  2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry if desired.

Notes
