Description

Healthy Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, sweet, and perfectly chilled, making a healthier treat that satisfies every sweet craving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray.
  5. Freeze 1–2 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.

Notes

  • Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
  • For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey and dairy-free yogurt and chocolate chips.
