- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth

- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy.
- Return beef to the skillet and mix well.

- Stir in parsley, taste, and adjust seasoning. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
