Crispy, cheesy, and served with a savory au jus for dipping, these French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a quick and delicious twist on the classic sandwich—perfect for weeknights or game-day snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder (for au jus)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer roast beef and shredded cheese down the center.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
- Simmer au jus for 5–7 minutes.
- Slice roll ups and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
