This Easy Creamy Meat Lasagna is cheesy, saucy, and comforting. Layers of seasoned meat sauce, creamy cheese mixture, and tender noodles create a classic lasagna everyone will love.

- For the Meat Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups tomato sauce or marinara
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste

- For the Creamy Cheese Layer
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- For Assembling
- 9–12 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Assemble Lasagna: Spread a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish. Add a layer of noodles, then cheese mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with noodles and remaining 2 cups mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan on top.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 25–30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Rest & Serve: Let lasagna rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
- No-boil noodles save time, but regular noodles work as well.
- Swap ground beef for ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
