Description

This comforting Crock Pot Pierogi Casserole combines cheesy pierogies with savory kielbasa, creating a creamy, hearty dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (regular or mini)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and cube the cream cheese.
  2. Add pierogies to the crockpot. Top with kielbasa, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
  3. Pour chicken broth over ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once or twice.
  5. Cook until pierogies are tender and cheese is fully melted into a creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot directly from the crockpot.
