This Creamy Steak Alfredo Spaghetti is the perfect easy comfort dinner for families packed with juicy steak, rich Alfredo sauce, and vibrant baby broccoli. It’s one of the best pasta recipes with protein, perfect for weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 cups baby broccoli (broccolini), trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1¼ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, adding baby broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in hot olive oil for 3–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Simmer 3–4 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Return steak, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Top with cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, or parsley. Serve hot.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smooth, creamy Alfredo sauce.
- Add mushrooms, lemon zest, or truffle oil for variation.
