Ingredients

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- ¾ cup sour cream or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
- Add diced onion; cook 5 minutes until soft and golden.
- Add mushrooms and cook 8 minutes until tender.
- Stir in garlic, sweet paprika, and smoked paprika.
- Sprinkle flour and stir to combine.

- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream until creamy.
