Description
This Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken is rich, sweet, tangy, and incredibly satisfying. Tender seasoned chicken is seared to perfection, then coated in a luscious honey mustard cream sauce. Perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

- For the Chicken
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- For the Creamy Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sear: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Simmer 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve: Plate chicken with your choice of mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables. Spoon extra sauce over the top.

- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for more brightness.
- Stir in a teaspoon of whole-grain mustard for texture.
