Description

A rich and creamy Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo featuring tender fettuccine pasta tossed in a luxurious Parmesan cream sauce, complemented by flavorful pan-seared salmon and succulent shrimp. This dish is perfect for seafood lovers seeking a comforting yet elegant meal that comes together quickly on the stovetop.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 salmon fillet, skinless
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook 4–5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and flaked salmon to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
  • Avoid overcooking salmon and shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce if desired.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra brightness.
