Description

Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs are a rich and indulgent appetizer made with crusty Italian bread stuffed with a creamy shrimp and crab filling, baked until golden and bubbly. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or a comforting seafood treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice Italian bread in half horizontally, then cut into 3–4 inch sections.
  3. Cook shrimp in a skillet until just pink, then roughly chop.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meat, shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Hollow out bread pieces slightly and fill generously with the seafood mixture.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with lemon wedges or a creamy dipping sauce.
