Description

Chicken Alfredo Flatbread is a quick, comforting dish combining creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melted mozzarella on warm flatbread. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 1 cup boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a hot pan for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Heat Alfredo sauce in a small pot until simmering.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the flatbread. Top with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  6. If using spinach, sprinkle over the hot flatbread after baking.
  7. Slice and serve with a side salad or veggies.
