Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread
- 1 cup boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a hot pan for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Heat Alfredo sauce in a small pot until simmering.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the flatbread. Top with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- If using spinach, sprinkle over the hot flatbread after baking.
- Slice and serve with a side salad or veggies.
