Ingredients
- For the Filling
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- For the Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- For the Wrap
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional Add-Ins
- 1 cup optional vegetables (spinach, lettuce, or tomatoes)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and minced garlic until creamy.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Add optional vegetables if desired.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over each wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes until golden. Flip and toast the other side.
- Remove, let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve warm.
