Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head green cabbage (approx. 2 pounds), chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by removing wilted leaves, cutting into quarters, removing the core, and chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Sauté until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Simmer a few minutes until slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Transfer to serving plates, garnish with parsley, and serve.
