Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, and 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken mixture and stir gently to coat.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
- Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
