- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha, to taste

- 8 soft slider buns

- Optional: cheese slices (pepper jack or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for frying.
- Cut chicken into slider-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken into buttermilk or egg wash, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
- Lightly toast slider buns.
- Spread bang bang sauce on buns, add crispy chicken, greens, and optional toppings.
- Close with top buns and serve immediately.
